"I had a great experience at the Garden with Nina! She is kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I would love to have her perform my treatments in the future. However, I was not made aware during the time of booking that the cost of Botox injectables is not necessarily based off cost/unit. In my previous Botox injections, a simple lip flip & nasolabial injection for a gummy smile costs an average of 150-200. Average units for me is anywhere from 8-12. Upon checking out at the Garden, I was informed that my $100 deposit would be subtracted from the total cost. I was then informed at the time of checking out my total cost for services would total $325 for a lip flip!! And that was after my deposit was subtracted. I was informed that VIP members have different perks, and that I would have to pay the price for the specific area. I'm very upset that I was 1) not informed of the cost before booking and 2) obligated to pay almost double for a procedure that should have been significantly less. I loved the staff at the location and my injector however, I feel as though I have been scammed for the services. I'm very disappointed in the pricing and lack of communication and cost before booking. I cannot afford to pay for services for something so simple, and will unfortunately not be able to return."

"I'd been going to the Old Bridge office for years and then moved an hour away, but still went there and gave my address change.\n Not wanting to drive as far I went to the Tom's River office, a 40 minute drive. Understandably I had to fill out all my paperwork anew, INCLUDING the pharmacy I now use. Cynthia G was very nice and sent the pharmacy a prescription...to where I used to live a year ago!\n Why fill out paperwork if it's ignored?\n I contacted the office about the snafu repeatedly, each time being informed they would have someone take care of it. Cynthia resent the scrip to my current pharmacy who would NOT fill it because the other location had.\n Today I ended up having to call both pharmacies and was told my scrip wouldn't be ready for a week.\n Who has time for 3 days of this?! Not me...horrible follow through"

"If you have breast implant illness, are looking for a compassionate, highly skilled Doctor with an excellent patient bedside manner who believes & is extremely knowledgeable in BII, then Dr. Buinewicz & his excellent staff, is your number 1 choice. A couple of months ago I had my implants explanted via en bloc with capsulectomies & a breast lift. I began the healing process & feel much better compared to the last several years. My health continues to improve daily! I had breast implants for 15 years, with an implant replacement 2 years ago. After this revision, my health continued to deteriorate. I was diagnosed with several diseases. I realized that my symptoms were attributed by the toxicity of the implants & began researching. During my initial consultation with Dr.B, I knew instantly that he would be my surgeon! None of the surgeons I consulted with came close to Dr.B. He is the best & humble physician I have ever had. Dr.B's staff is also superb. Chrissy, all of the nurses including Lori, Bethany, the rest of the Nurses and Alicia are also humble, very caring, helpful, knowledgeable & empathetic to my needs. I also had the opportunity to meet Dr. Annie & she is such a lovely kind doctor. I couldn't be happier with my decision, my aesthetic results & only wished I had this life changing surgery sooner. With Dr.B & his staff, you will be in great hands."
