"I ordered $300 worth of supplies from this horrible place. Went to get curbside pickup. Clicked on the button saying I'm there. After 20 minutes, got on with help chat... no help. I called. I was on hold and got hung up on while on hold. I went in the store and canceled the order after 40 minutes. The two customer 'service' guys were just standing around. 'Sorry we were busy helping customers'. There was no one there being helped. Wow, just wow! How is this terrible place in business?"
