So I have an HP laptop that is a few years old: 4 gb RAM, 500 GB hard drive, and 2.40 processor, Windows 8. For maybe a week or so now, my laptop suddenly started pressing the arrow keys randomly on its own - namely, the up arrow. I figured the key was stuck, but as many times as I took the...
Hello. A few hours ago, my laptop started doing a strange thing. I was using Chrome and opened a new tab. When I went to type, it acted like I was holding down certain keys (e, i, and f, a, etc.). I restarted the computer and the problem kept up. I was able to login using the on-screen keyboard...
Does anyone know how/if it's possible to install an HP 6000 series all-in-1 printer on Windows 10 without needing to install HP bloatware? The HP site offers download links to the HP Smart app but not a simple driver which is what I was looking for.

I have the same issue. The printer does not print black when connected to Windows 10 PC. All other colors print fine. I originally tried cleaning the printer head, changed ink cartridge, etc. I changed between USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports. I ran the troubleshooting tool. Nothing worked. I decided to test it on Windows 7 box and it works fine.
Bought my Asus laptop about a month ago. Everything works perfectly fine until today, the fingerprint scanner doesnt working. I don’t know what the problem is. Tried to google it but I can’t find the fingerprint option in the signing option menu. Is anyone know how to fix it? Thanks in advance!
I got a new wifi-capable printer (HP Officejet Pro 6830), it also can print from a usb stick. Is it safe to stick a flash drive into the printer, or does that put the printer at risk of malware infection? I have seen a lot of infected flash drives, but I don't know if they can damage a printer.
1. Uninstall the keyboard driver. 2. Reboot the computer (without reinstalling the driver). 3. When it restarts, it should reinstall the driver on its own. If this doesn't work, you may wish to try connecting/reconnecting an external keyboard and see if it works fine. If it does, then it could be the keys themselves that are the issue.
